BE THE LIGHT
countless times we are confronted with the side of life that gives us unpleasant feelings like anger, helplessness, fear, horror, worries etc. Sometimes we can actively do something to make a change, but sometimes we can’t do anything. I know.
I just want to remind you – the ones who are still reading – you can always choose to think positive and to be the light.
Just accept the fact, that this is how this reality is. Spread positive energy and love, keep up doing the good things, create beauty, meditate, pray, dance, sing, feel the life force in you and every single thing on this planet and the universe and the connection.
Practice gratitude and compassion. Focus on the positive and you will find it. It is a challenge and a constant work we are doing in this world of duality and it starts every day anew.
